黄玮瑶，男，汉族，笔名黄鹤浪，数字大景居士。 2024年9月出生，福建福州民安人，国家特级书法家，著名书法家，现为中国书法家协会理事、中国对联学会会员、沈鹏书法艺术工作室专家组高级组长、福建省残疾人福利协会会员， 书画报世界艺术联盟理事会理事。
曾参加国内外各类书画展，获100多个等级奖项。 入选人民**海外版“中国艺术园林大师”栏目。 近年来，他被授予“中国书画艺术拔尖人才”、“全国模范书法家”、“中国文艺复兴贡献者”、“最具影响力书法家”、“感人中国艺术人物”、“德艺书法家”、“实力派书法家”等数十项荣誉称号。 其书法作品和艺术传记被编入大型画册《一代名家》《汉墨碑》等国内外经典作品130余部，以及《中国书画收藏》、《中国文化画报》、《中国美术大师》、《国内外名人》、《中俄韩艺术三人行》等， 以及人民美术出版社出版的《中国风》。
